Hey Tim - My docs keep retiring. I'm on my fourth in about the last 7 years. My new doc started me on meds for high cholesterol (even though the numbers were slightly improved from last year's visit with my old doc). So anyway, that much more incentive to lost 30 pounds.0 -

Thank you! So far, the new diet plan is working pretty good. Thankfully, my wife is my biggest supporter and is helping me stay on track.

Way to go guys! Seems like you’re both trending down ever since I last remembered to log in here.
I’ve been trending down for over six months now at a very slow pace (Averaging 0.2 lbs per week) but even that looks and feels good on a graph!

It's been almost a month since I checked in. My weight was up to 215 plus. But am back in the 210-212 range where I've been stuck. I will try to have a good week and report a loss for next week.1 -

Hey Horst, slow but steady is good! I'm just excited I made it two weeks in a row with a loss, however slight.

Looks like attendance has been pretty sparse the last month. I have been avoiding checking in because I know my weight has been going the wrong way. I thought I would just get it on record and plan on getting things turned around.0 -
You’ve got this, dbw! I’ll try to remember to keep checking in over the next few months, but my wife and I are going to try Noom for 6 months together. I’ll be doing my food logging in there and taking my weight over there mainly.
