Not sure if I should post today. Ate way too much the last couple of days - my daughter is home for Thanksgiving, plus Thanksgiving . . . I weighed in this morning anyway.
CWW = 207.7
LWW = 203.0
Gain = 4.7
I think I'm posting this so hopefully, I will have a big loss for next week. I would really like to get below 200 by Christmas. Doable but I need to concentrate and pay attention to what I eat.1 -
Wow Steve, you don't look like the same guy I met for coffee once. When was that, 2012?? Great job!
Lou, great job! You are sooo close to breaking that 300 mark, congrats!
Dave, a tough week, but like you said, a big loss next week! You got this!

Thanks, Tim and Dave. It was 2012 I think you were heading to your moms Tim. The one thing nobody tells you is that as you lose a lot of weight you kinda look like a Bobblehead doll. I always knew I was big-headed, but kind of in a personality way, now I am like John Pinette, "Why didn't somebody tell me my head was that big!?"
I started intermittent fasting this week I'll keep you posted. So far so good, the energy level is up.0 -
Checking in.
CWW = 207.3
LWW = 206.7

Not very good after last week's big gain, but at least in the right direction.

Here's this weeks stats. Had a good week even though I ate way to much on turkey day. Say goodbye to the 300's.

Nice work, dbw and gunz. Here's my update for this week:
SW: 248.4
LW: 246.4
CW: 247.4
GW: 200
Gain: 1 lb
At the end of my trip, I had set a new incremental goal for myself to be at or below 240 by January 1; so that breaks down to the following for me to stay on track:
Next Friday: 245.5
Dec 15: 243.7
Dec 22: 241.8
Dec 29: 240.0
I gave myself a couple days cushion at the end for my planning, but not much. I'll still have to be working much harder than I have been in order to hit that goal.0 -
SW - 341 (2017 371 (2012)
GW - 220
LW - 273.8
CW - 271.8

Ok heading in the right direction again.
You're headed in the right direction, Dave. Nice job Lou! Horst, you can do it, I'll try to pace you for solidarity, I'll shoot for 264.4 for Dec. 29th. Git-R-Done!0 -
Howdy Gents,
Great job everyone! Horstbc, a little bump iin the road but considering your travels, I think you did pretty good for yourself. I'm sure you will be hitting those goals. I think I need to follow your example and set some small and immediate goals for myself and not just cruise along like I have been.
Anyway, hope you all are have a great week.

My graph is going the wrong way! I did a good job getting back into my morning workout routine but my eating was terrible. That'll be my focus this next week, especially with my first of three Christmases coming up next weekend.0 -
Best week I've had in a while. I must admit, the only thing I really did different was watch what I eat a little better. For an evening snack, I reached for some cottage cheese or a yogurt instead of left over Thanksgiving pumpkin pie and such. It didn't hurt that none of that stuff was left.
I work 2 days next week then I'm off till after New Years. Need to try and stay active and watch what I eat during that off time.

Okay Horst, I am officially withdrawing my offer to pace you! Let shoot in the other direction this week.0 -
Haha well after I went up last week you're about in pace with me anyways. I'm working hard at it this week and already came back down a little over the weekend so let's make this week count!2

Hi Guys,
Hope you all are having a great week. Can't believe I came out on top this week. Going to try and have another good week.
Thanks to all for sticking with me on this journey.

2 more lbs to get back to my low from 6 weeks ago. I have to take down a couple hundred feet of fencing and move about 60 railroad ties this weekend, if it doesn't kill me, it should take care of those two pounds.2 -
Slight gain over two weeks.

Yay, I also had a loss this week!
LW 343.4
CW 342.4
Loss 1 lb
Steve, I can't believe how well you have done. Truly amazing and inspiring!!0 -
I second that, Steve! Unfortunately for me, I made poor choices for the week and a half leading up to Christmas and put on a quick six pounds. After Christmas, I got a stomach bug from my kiddos and have lost some of that weight back in all the wrong ways... Here’s where I stand now:
SW: 248.4
LW: 250.4
CW: 249.4
GW: 200
On a side note, I’m starting to think my scale can only return numbers that end in “.4”0 -
Hey guys - hope you'll welcome me back. Lost my focus the last few weeks and put on a few pounds. And I haven't been there to support you all.
SW: 234.4
LW: 228.2
CW: 230.4

This year - down 4, net. Was down 12 at one point. Stronger - up to 4x225 on the bench, from not being able to get any beginning of the year. Ran over 350 miles. Biked over 1000. But, too much wine and cheating food overwhelmed the exercise.
Brad, Steve, Tim, Todd, everyone - let's hit our fitness goals this year. I'll cheer you on. See you at least 50 weeks of the year!
Going to try skiing again next week - should be burning some cals. Have a great January everyone!1 -
Welcome back, Dale!
My goal for 2018: reverse this graph.
My trend from February through May was great, but then I lost it and moved right back up to where I started.0 -
Update for this week:

Sorry guys, I've been absent, but not off. Trying to untangle 18 years and clean up 5 acres while getting new place setup has taken it's toll on my time. Staying focused and on point though weight wise.
Let's make 2018 the year we a rock it. I want to be able to audition. For chip-n-dales senior act for my 56th birthday. Ok not likely to follow through, but it is a good goal. Lol.

Great job this week everyone! Extra congrats to Horst and Steve, you two smashed it! Lets keep the momentum going and make 2018 our year.

Awesome job last week, everyone! It was cool to see that everyone who checked in lost weight. Now to break that trend...
Update for this week:
SW: 248.4
LW: 244.2
CW: 245.4
GW: 200
Gain: 1.2 lbs
This is one of those times when I’m not disappointed about the increase. I wasn’t perfect on my nutrition but I was pretty good and I stayed down near where i was after losing five pounds the week before which was my goal. Averaging 2 pounds a week over the last two weeks feels nice.2 -

I figured I would come back up a bit as I am starting to eat again after about 6 days under 1000 cals a day. Hopefully, I'll stop hacking soon and can go back to the gym. Good news, my dog Cody can keep up with me on my walks now. I guess the threat of making him go WFPB worked, he's motivated!0
