Yeah week four people for the returning challengers and we will have our total miles posted hopefully by 12:00 pm CST, but as WB knows I start working on this as early as possible.

I would like to welcome any and all new comers to challenge. You have joined some amazing people in my opinion and I hope that will be yours as well soon. Currently we are making away across the United States using Highway 50 which is about 3073 and we are making some great progress and we would like to welcome to our journey.

Return challengers welcome back and happy to see all your smiling faces. Now lets get this done shall we?

Week 1: 341.57 just a few miles west of Cool Springs Park, West Virginia
Week 2: 391.47 a little town called Bedford, Indiana
Week 3: 393.97 Otterville, Missouri

Total so far 1133.01 amazing mileage people.

For new comers please post daily totals as well as current weekly total.

Lets get moving!!!

Back today and I did 1.75 miles. A lot of stopping and starting with my kids getting on bikes, off bikes back on, off again. But got there in the end

Great day, and I do agree about the treadmill, the time seems to just drag...

    Hi Rachel

I noticed that you are back on justa\ after the race. Is it advidsable to run/jog/walk everyday? I had been practiceing almost every day but had been reminded several time by my reflexologist. He says the muscles are cramped.

This may sound silly but can't help it? :ohwell:
:blushing: Are you suppose to breath woth you mouth or nose when you are running? Which should be better?
