Can't remember if I've checked in this week or not...my mind is abandoning me!! :sad:
So here's a recap of my week so far...sorry if I'm repeating some info
11/13 - no miles
11/14 - 2.83 miles
11/15 - 2.93 miles
11/16 - 2.00 miles0 -

Sunday - 4.1 miles
Monday - Sick
Tuesday - 4.5 miles
Wednesday - 5.1

ran 3.25 miles last night so that is 16.50 miles for the week.0

Having some knee and hip issues this week making it difficult to get any walking/running in. Giving them a rest week, seeing a chiro on Sunday and will be back next week.

Sunday: 4 miles of walking.
Monday: 3.2miles of walking = 7.2 for the week
Tuesday: 0.8 miles of walking = 8 for the week
Wednesday: 2.1 miles of running + 2.8 miles of walking = 4.9 miles = 12.9 for the week
Thursrday: completely **** 2 mile run + I'm going to start counting the 0.1 mile brisk warm-up walk to where I start and finish my runs, so 0.2 mile walk = 2.2 miles = 15.1 for the week0 -
Thursday - 1 mile, making 8 miles so far (not sure if I am going to get to 15, but I will try my best)0
