I didn't do well on this weeks challenge :sad: I can't even begin to tell you how upset I am with myself this past month or so. When i started this site I was doing SO well and all into it. Now I am not logging and I'm not losing weight :ohwell: I keep telling myself that this is going to be the week I get back on track but I never follow through. I feel like crap :frown:0 -

Hey you guys struggling..chin up!!! I know this week might make you think why bother....(I am speaking from how I USED to think) How about if you focus on getting in 30-60 mins of exercise everyday this week to make up for some of your food choices....get through the holiday and have a plan for next week. Go to the store over the weekend and fill you shelves with good for you food.
I know how easy it is to say I have no exercise I can do - or I'm too busy - or it's cold out etc. I was good at excuses and now I am really seeing that my habits are changing and getting sooooooo much better.
Short story alert........:laugh: For example....Friday I was up by 5:30 started work at 6:30....presented at a meeting full of food...only had 2 bites of scalloped potatoes..then a lunchon..salmon grilled veggies, fruit. 2 1/2 hour drive to the ugly city loaded with traffic for a sales call then 1 1/2 hour drive home. I had to unload the car and unpack. I didn't exercise the day before due to another long day so I knew they was no room for discussion or excuses....I changed clothes and ran out the door to the gym. I felt fantastic getting home showering, knowing I did the right thing!!! You can do it too!!! Take a walk, pop in a DVD or Netflix, do what Jenn has for the challenge, turn on some music and dance. It will make you stronger and burn calories!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!
I noticed yesterday that my gym is offering a couple of classes on Thursday morning. I am still not sure if I will hit the gym or go for a run walk...depends on the weather.
Well I have to pack and hit the road again - Have a Great day Friends

sorry late and havent been on ,had hernia surgery ,was in hospital 4 days !!!! wed i get my 2 drain tubes out and staples (will have been 2 weeks) sleep sitting up ughh !!! hope everyone is doing well !!!

Sooo the last few weeks have been a bit of a struggle. I'm not giving up but I do realize that I probably won't achieve my goal weight by Christmas. Jenn, can you please change my goal weight to 125?0

We've been super busy, moving apartments, giving a public presentation this Thursday, not to mention trying to make thanksgiving plans, despite most of the foods being unheard of here. Maybe that will at least make it easier not to over-indulge. lol.

I am so disappointed in myself that I havent lost anything really since the group began! Well I have and I have gained it back and then lost it and so on!! I suppose it is better that gaining a heck of a lot of weight!0

Hope everyone (in the States) had a nice Thanksgiving.
I will weigh-in / give measurements either tomorrow or Sunday. Kinda nervous. :ohwell: :ohwell: :ohwell: :ohwell: :ohwell: :ohwell: I definitely exhibited self-control during the holiday, but still splurged a little. I set myself a goal for what I was going to allow myself to eat and managed to stick with it. During our main course, my boyfriend goes, "Um, your plate is 3/4 veggies. You're crazy!"
And, I'm slowly pulling myself out of my slump. I'm feeling a bit better these past few days. I think the warm, sunny weather is definitely helping.
For now, I'm super exhausted. Still have hardly been sleeping. :yawn: Is 9pm too early for bed? Nope! Not tonight!0 -

I am excited to say my CW is 180.2 which is a loss of almost 2# after a holiday!!! Keep up the good work to the losers...if you gained alittle just get right back to it.....exercise....water....good choices:happy:
