    Hello All!! I recently just started using this site today, I have been trying to log my exercises. I am doing doing JM Yoga Meltdown and 30 day shred along with a BeachBody Cardio Core. How do you know how many calories these DvDs are burning to log the workouts.

    Day 15, Day 5 level 2. I can't imagine how hard Level 3 is going to be if level 2 is this tough!

    Unfortunately, I think everyone may be different as it depends on your fitness level and your weight. I use a HRM to get a correct calorie burn. You could also try searching the exercise db for the different activities in the workouts, but I'm not sure what they use as a base for the fitness level. I do believe it tailors based on whatever weight you most recently logged.

    The first 8 days I did level 1, but I was starting to get bored. So: Day 9, Level 2 completed!
    Day 10, Level 2 Completed!
    Day 11, Level 2 Completed yesterday
    Day 12, Rest Day!
    Day 13, Level 2 Completed yesterday
    Day 14, Level 1 Completed! I went back to level 1 today because my thighs are killing me from doing level 2. Will try level 2 again tomorrow!

    I hate the cardio in level 2 especially the plank poses. Leaves me sick and nauseous!! 7 more days to complete level 2 Hope I get used to it!
