I think that yesterday was Day 16 for me. I did Level 1 again for a change and it was still a tough workout!! Getting a little bored, but I'm going to push through because the results are worth it!0

Took a few days off, life just caught up and there were no breaks. Finally started level 2, so I'm day 11 over all, but day 1 on level 20

Hello All!! I recently just started using this site today, I have been trying to log my exercises. I am doing doing JM Yoga Meltdown and 30 day shred along with a BeachBody Cardio Core. How do you know how many calories these DvDs are burning to log the workouts.

I log it as circuit training for 20 minutes, MFP calculates the calories burned0 -
