    I did this before, stayed on week 1 for the length of it though as I couldn't do the others with my weight. Going to start again as I need to get my exercise in! Very excited about it.

    Rememeber on Jan 1 to take your before picture and measurements and weigh yourself the morning of Jan 2!! Then at the end of our 30 days we will post our amazing results!!

    No rest days unless you need to of course. You are supposed to do 10 days on each level.

    I haven't ever done 30 DS straight through even though I've done all of the levels before, so I'm looking forward to the challenge! I'm definitely going to make sure I do my measurements and take pictures, too!

    Ready to do this the right way - all the way through! I keep failing halfway through when I let life get in the way. But I know this will help with my last 10 pounds so having a group to remind me will be awesome. Pictures and measurements on the first!
