This morning while I was doing squats while one of the dogs was sniffing, I thought that the squats seemed awfully easy and wondered if I was doing something wrong and then I realized that they should be feeling a lot easier now that I've done almost 5000 of them :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: I'm thinking of doing some of them with dumbbell raises just to make them more challenging.0 -

now I am finally caught up with all the squats I needed to do to catch up with the people who started on day one of this challenge.
Now I won't worry about posting my total and the goal.
I want to do more than 100 a day and a least one set of 20 with some sort of 5 pound dumbbell raise to improve the challenge.
Yesterday my hubby said he wanted to try doing 100 squats a day so now he has a paper on the counter in the kitchen so he can keep track.:bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:0 -
