:laugh: :laugh: :laugh: I think the few of us who are still posting on this challenge have forgotten that the challenge was 100 squats a day :laugh: we are all doing an awesome job :bigsmile:
:laugh: yesterday I said it was unrealistic to think I could do 240 squats a day and then today I did 280 and 40 of them were done with five pound dumbbell overhead raises between squats:laugh: and 20 of them holding 10 pound dumbbells in each hand......adding these sets to my two or three times a week strength training program seems like a good idea :bigsmile:0 -

So pumped up today, I couldn't help but do another 500 squats, who knows how long I can keep this up, but it's challenging me and I love it. Wow, this is an awesome feeling.
Half way thru and I am here till the end - 100 Days, regardless.

Another great workout today and squats all done as well. I know I have said it a few times now, but I'm loving this challenge so much that I'm even doing my squats during morning tea and lunch breaks at work, hahahahahha!!

Day 1 went well. I broke them down into 4 sets of 25. I think I will keep them like this for 10 days and then increase a little bit. Feeling good so far. Off to start Day 2.0

I got my new HRM watch today and I am absolutely rapped and over the moon, tried it this morning and this evening, MFP tells me I have burned more calories, however I am sticking with HRM, more accurate and a fantastic tool.
So pumped!

Wow, barbiecat, you are so close to the 10,000 mark! Everyone here are so encouraging! I had some days when I either did very few, like twenty-five or fifty squats, or none at all. However, when I come here and see everyone doing such an amazing job it helps me out. Therefore, I decided to do more squats today. This challenge is helping me greatly. One great gain from this challenge is that my thighs don't touch anymore!

I was a bit tired today, but managed to finish my squats at work, luckily my boss is into exercising as well, I challenged her to do 100 squats a day for 100 days, she nearly fell out of her seat, hehehe
