    Where do you live? Port moody bc
    What are your food vices/ cheats? gummy candy I can never say no to but working on it. Well everything really I have weak will power but so far so good with clean eating I'm finding I can't eat enough calories in a day as opposed to cutting back so that's helping alot.
    What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? myself. I can't blame it on anything else I control what I eat and don't eat and I make my own exercise decisions so all i can say is my own weak will power.
    What's your favorite exercise? Any exercise that creates improvements is a good workout to me.
    What exercise would you like to try this year? being through a fitness trainer course there isn't much i haven't tried already, but i am participating in tough mudder in June.
    What is your biggest trouble spot? Like most wemon thighs and butt. I also have some joint issues and chronic tendonitis that creates issues exercising
    What part of your body do you like the most? arms
    What's your #1 fitness/ health goal in 2012. Overall health and better appearance. Muscle gain and toning.

    What's your #1 fitness/ health goal in 2012? well its 2013 and I would like to be able to run a 10k. my 2012 goal was a 5k and i achieved this.

    What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? My crazy snacking days, and making excuses to not exercise.
    What's your favorite exercise? Running, I was in cross country in HS and I still love it.
    What exercise would you like to try this year? Yoga, there are classes at the gym but when I am at class.

    So glad to have found this group! I always felt kinda funny posting on the regular forums where people are fighting obesity. I don't have that challenge, but there is definitely room for improvement!

    What are your food vices/ cheats? Pizza, red wine, sour gummy candy, frozen yogurt with mochi topping, and generally just going out to eat. I love Mexican, Korean, etc. -- so I try to limit to myself to once a week, and drink only water while I'm out.

    What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? Time. I've been good about making time, but I'm worried about in the future when we have children, etc.

    What's your favorite exercise? I like spin class, elliptical, and jogs with my dogs. I've also started 30 Day Shred, my very first fitness DVD, and I'm liking it a lot so far. I also really enjoy yoga -- I should probably do more of it now that I think about it.

    What exercise would you like to try this year? Insanity! And bikram yoga.

    What is your biggest trouble spot? My belly pooch.

    What part of your body do you like the most? I have a nice back, even without muscle definition :0)

    What's your #1 fitness/ health goal in 2012? I already reached it -- forming a habit of an active lifestyle! So I am setting some new goals. I would like to see definition in my arms and back, and finally have a flat stomach (I do not remember the last time I had one).

    What's your favorite exercise? SPX Fitness (for anyone else in SF, BodyRok is the best gym I've ever been too!)

    What exercise would you like to try this year? Mountain biking, just getting into it, want to do it more.
