Hello all, my name is Valerie, I am turning 40 March 18th and my fitness goal is to be in the best shape of my life before then!!! My starting weight is 128lbs, and I'm 5ft4.5in, and have a very tiny frame. I would like to lose 10-15lbs. Sweets are my biggest weakness. My workouts consist of P90X, Insanity, Brazilian Butt Lift, and yoga! I would love to try Hula Hooping! MY Trouble spots are my stomach, hips, butt, and thighs, but I love my arms! The obstacle I have is fibromyalgia, but with a clean diet and exercise I feel better and have more energy! 40 here I come!0
