    I had my weigh-in today as well --- better than a gain but didn't hit my 2.5 mark I was trying to hit

    March 2: 328
    March 9: 326.5

    I did exercise 5 days this week --- and intend to continue that!

    1.5 pounds lost this week without much exercise. The next 3 weeks will hopefully show a lot more weight loss because I don't have my internship during the day and I plan to be at the gym a lot more.

    I cut out sugar, salt, white bread and soft drink. Who knew doing that would make such a difference over just a week?

    I've done cardio every day as well as 30DS and have lost NO WEIGHT.
    But I feel good. Just need to stay away from the peanut butter and pistachios!

    Thats a bit better than last week! I need to lose 1.3lbs by Monday to reach my birthday goal of 20lbs, It's just about do-able!!
