    Third run down last night!!! 34 minutes at 6.0 mph wooo hoo I'll get to my 60 minutes by next week that's my goal! Then new goal...:)

    Burned 358 calories per my new HRM (which I love) running for 25 mins of verifying speeds 5-7 mph.

    Yes me too, but it makes sense your body is burning the food faster.

    NSV today I ran for 35 mins straight at varying speeds and burned 484 calories.

    Took my run outside today: 3 miles in 31:20 avg 5.75 mph (there is one nasty hill that I did twice) burned 448 cals. This is another first for me 3 miles outside yay!

    Nice easy jog tonight 5.2 mph for 20 mins burned 204 calories.

    5th run down and completed my goal of 60 minutes at 6 mph!!!! So happy!!!:)

    Ooh and I signed up for two races:)! I have never gone this and I'm so excited! 1st up is the 5k on April 1st then the 10 k July 1st

    Update on runs this month:

    1. Thursday 1st March: 8km @ 6 mins 31 secs /km - total time 52 mins 09 seconds
    2. Friday 2nd March: 9km @ 4 mins 48 secs /km - total time 43 mins 19 seconds
    3. Saturday 3rd March: 9km @ 6 mins 31 secs /km - total time 58 mins 42 seconds
    4. Sunday 4th March: 8km @ 5 mins 45 secs /km - total time 46 mins 03 seconds
    5. Monday 5th March: Sprints - 400m at 16km/h with 200m recovery at 10-12 km/h (6 times) then a cool down.
    6. Wednesday 7th March: 9km @ 5 mins 56 secs / km - total time 53 mins 25 seconds
    7. Friday 9th March: 8km @ 4 mins 22 secs / km - total time 34 mins 59 seconds
    8. Saturday 10th March: 8km in total with 4 km in middle at 14 km/h
    9. Saturday 10th March: 9km recovery run @ 6 mins 57 secs / km - total time 1hr 2 mins 36 seconds

    So that's 10 runs down with 10 to go - I reckon I'll squeeze another run in this evening :)

    -And today,.........burned 680 calories doing 50 minutes of "Running (jogging), 6 mph (10 min mile)"

    So that makes it 13 runs DOWN and 7 more to go!!!!!!
