Hello Lushes!! I always forget to check when a new month has started! So, I'm a little behind!
I have had ALL 0's since last Friday! I can't believe it. Probably will have some drinks tomorrow night or Thursday with the hubby since that is his weekend, but who knows. Haven't really been wanting anything lately. That can always change!0 -
that's awesome about the pole dancing. I did that at my bachelorette and it is a tough workout. Much harder than it looks. Would be even harder if you had to look sexy all the time.Monday, 2 pinot grigio

I am missing my first pole dancing class this evening to celebrate my son't birthday (21) & because I can't move my damn leg. I was so looking forward to it. I've gained 5 lbs. as of this morning. 2 lbs. in my injured leg alone. It felt good to sleep in my own bed.
I have to try a fruit and veggie detox today. Any suggestions? Especially, if I go out to eat?

It'll be a 0 for tonight too and unless special occasions come up I'm going to shoot for only 2 drinking days a week at least until I lose what weight I'd like to. I definitely lose better when I don't drink during the week and last weeks experiment proved it. Despite being within calories and burning over 4200 calories for the week, I didn't lose any weight. Going to get my fat burner back up and hold off the booze until Fridays and Saturdays. This will be a test for myself when we receive our cases of wine either this week or next. Fiancé even ordered me 6 bottles of prosecco because he knows how much I love it

I was escorted out by security at the casino/nightclub last night for intoxication. I tried to explain, the new boots were too narrow and my ankle was giving out on the right side and that's why I kept falling down. It was horrible. I, however, had a lot of fun dancing!!
