Sun: 10.01 mi - RTP Groupie Run, running the race route.
Mon: 0 - Rest day
Tue: 1.05mi elliptical + 2.34 easy hike
Wed: 5.0 mi wog (a partlycloud/mostly sunny 60degree start to my run.. was sooo hot in my shorts n fitted under armour tee had to roll them and expose my belly - and I didn't care who saw!!)
Thu: 3.75 walk/hike (partly cloudy 61degrees again this morn - beautiful for being outdoors!)
Fri: 10.19 bike ride on the Little Blue Trace Trail - an awesome night for it ('cept for the bugs) + 53mins P90x Core Synergistics
