    Everyone continues to impress!! :drinker:

    Sun: 10.01 mi - RTP Groupie Run, running the race route.
    Mon: 0 - Rest day
    Tue: 1.05mi elliptical + 2.34 easy hike
    Wed: 5.0 mi wog (a partlycloud/mostly sunny 60degree start to my run.. was sooo hot in my shorts n fitted under armour tee had to roll them and expose my belly - and I didn't care who saw!! :tongue: )
    Thu: 3.75 walk/hike (partly cloudy 61degrees again this morn - beautiful for being outdoors!)
    Fri: 10.19 bike ride on the Little Blue Trace Trail - an awesome night for it ('cept for the bugs) + 53mins P90x Core Synergistics

    3/15 ........................................... 17 miles cycling/ 3 miles stationary
    3/16 3 mile run
    total 21.65 run/walk........................ 28.2 bike

    Thursday -- 17 miles biked (I know that doesn't count, but it was fun!!)
    Friday -- Yoga and 1 mile walked with the fam-dammily

    According to my FitBit pedometer I managed a little over 35 miles during these 7 days. That is the most I've done in a long time. Thanks for the encouragement!
