    Hello Team!

    I just completed my daily exercise. I have to say, it kicked my *kitten*. However, it feels great to be moving again. I have been participating in Belinda's challenges since November, but I took March off. I thought I might continue moving at home.... however, it didn't quite work out that way.

    My starting weight is 186. I have my measurements, but they are on a paper upstairs. I will post that later.

    I forgot about the bonus challenge. Here is the list of fruits and veggies I had today:

    * 4 cups of mixed fruits (honey dew, cantaloupe, pineapple)
    * half of medium sized tomato
    * medium sized apple
    * 1 cup of tomato juice

    OMG! That Workout was hard!!!! Just finished it :sick:
    Today I had a banana, lettuce, green beans, dried cranberries, pinto beans, corn, mashed potatoes, & pineapple.

    Weight: 149

    chest: 38.5
    waist: 31.75
    arm: 23
    thigh: 45.25
    hips: 39
    Off to take a badly needed shower, before my animals start complaining! :wink:


    edit: Just re-read today's workout and it seems I added 2 rotations to 4, and did 3 minutes each of push ups and tricep dips!!! :noway: Good to know you aren't REALLY trying to kill us off Belinda! :bigsmile:

    Weekly challenge starting April 2nd - FRUITS AN VEGGIES!! We are suppose to get 5 Fruits and Veggies a day. You can earn 1 point per 5 F/ V that your team consumes. This is for a FULL serving not a partial serving. When you report back to your captain how many fruits and veggies you had you must also list what you had. --

    3 - Salad (lettuce & cuccumbers) & 2 - Mashpotatoes

    Climb The Mountain (Had to share this one!)



    I tried to climb the mountain today. As I inched my way up the path, I felt out of breath and had to turn back.
    I tried to climb the mountain today. But, It was so hot outside, I thought I had better stay in my nice air-conditioned house and rest up for tomorrow's attempt.
    I tried to climb the mountain today. On my journey, darkness started to fall and I was full of fear, so I had to return to a safe place.
    I was ready to climb the mountain today. But I had so may other things to do, so instead of climbing the mountain I took care of the much more important tasks; I washed my car, mowed the grass and watched the big game. Today the mountain will have to wait.
    I was going to climb the mountain today. But as I stared at the mountain in all it's majestic beauty, I knew I had no chance of making it to the top, so I figured why even begin trying.
    I had forgotten about climbing the mountain today, until an old friend came by and asked what I was up to lately. I told him about all my plans to climb that mountain someday. I went on and on about how I was going to accomplish the task.
    He stopped me and said, "I just got back from climbing that mountain. for the longest time I told myself I was going to try to climb it but never made any progress."
    "I almost let the dream of making it to the top die. I came up with every excuse of why I could not make it up the mountain, but never once did I give myself a reason why I could.     I have accomplished today's exercise challenge.

    F&V: I have eaten:
    * 1 medium size apple
    * 2 cups of carrots
    * 2 cups of Cesar salad

    well I just realized that I posted yesterday and did not tell you I completed my challenge and what veggies n fruits I ate,
    Monday I had 2 cuttie oranges, green beans, salad mix with cucumbers and 2 servings of tomatoes.

    Today I did the challenge and had 2 servings of salad mix with tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots and banana.

    Fruits and veggies forr the day:

    * 2 cups of carrots
    * 1 medium apple
    * 2 cups caesar salad

    The exercises are fine so far. Anything that gets me moving. Monday was tougher, but I did modified push ups and did things low impact. I will up my game when I can.

    Keep up the great work Belinda! It's great to be back at it!

    Workout finished, ate an orange, a banana, lettuce, mashed potatoes & crowder peas.
    I think the workouts have been great, but they seem tougher than usual for the first week....I'm a little afraid!

    LOL Opps. I was really just trying to come up with new workouts because I have been using the same ones for so long. I am not doing any of them though and that is why I had to ask. Don't hate me lol

    Okay so I'm strength training and gradually building muscle which weighs more. I will my weight weekly but Its going to slowly rise....Sorry! I dont like how fluffy I look on top!
