LOL Opps. I was really just trying to come up with new workouts because I have been using the same ones for so long. I am not doing any of them though and that is why I had to ask. Don't hate me lol
Don't worry Belinda, I don't hate you... haha! I loved today's arm workout... I was thinking, on the days that I have time, I might do it again... as a bonus... I remember really loving that "Les Mills" or something kickboxing video. One of my faves... Hopefully, you will bring that one back. Keep up the great work!

Well, I had full intentions of doing that Les Mills video but ran out of time. I was cleaning all day and cooking before my guests arrived. I will try to fit in my workout tomorrow. I need to complete. The gift for my sister's bday.

It was fun.
I also got in the workout for today and thurs.
Thurs I had 3 servings of tomatoes, one of each banana, cucumber, and an orange...
Fri I had 2 servings of salad mix, one of carrots, cucumber and an tomatoes and potato.
and today I had 2 oranges, an apple, green beans, corn and a potato.
I am getting old, after all the yard work and stuff my daughter went to my in-laws and my hubby had to work, and what did I do??? The first time being alone in 6 or 7 months... and I slept... I think I fell asleep before 8 pm... :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: there is so much that I think of doing.... like going out with the girls, a movie, a hot bath, getting some pictures in the books, any thing but no not me, I sleep...

today's weight was 147.5, I lost 1.5 lbs, but I know it was just water weight, I changed one of my meds this week and was in the bathroom every 5 minutes. So, I'll wait till next week to celebrate :ohwell:0

HoOpy Easter everyone,. hope that everyone had a wonderful day with your families. We did tons of yard work today and church this morning. It was a great day.
I know it sounds bad but I'm glad today was weigh in cause we had chinese food for dinner, I had a ton of fruit, but I put soy sauce on my green beans and rice so ill be up in the morning...

Thanks...Still feeling miserable...Bad Month for me. Didnt do any form of exercise yesterday and rested. I'm going to spin class tonite and hopefully sweat the gross infection outta me!

I'm SOOOOO sorry everyone. I've been on STUDY LOCK-DOWN the past week (due to 4 finals in 5 days) and then we went to NY for my brother's wedding and just got back last night. It's been a H3LL of a week.
