Burned 1113 cal. I did 60 min on the elliptical this morning, followed by my tabata. The hubby's sister called & said he could have the day off, so we took the kids on a Park Quest hike & then to the Chesapeake Bay/beach. (70 min. hike & beach time)

My plan for the day was laundry & switching over the kids clothes to summer wardrobe but I'm flexible...heeheehee!! Play Day!!!

I'd have to agree. Play day is better any day!

I got up early and did my crunches at 6 am this morning. Thanks for posting early Belinda!

I got news on Monday night that I didn't get the job that I interviewed for. I have another interview today, so hopefully, I'll stand a better chance.

I may not have as much time to walk today, but I'll see if I can find my pedometer and see how I do for the day.

Please don't forget that I need finish weights, burns and miles for the week.

Wednesday add on 1 mile walked

Today: no exercise, but 417 calories burnt.

I've been doing so much walking this week, with not such a great pair of shoes, that I have a callus (I think) on the bottom of my heal. It hurts to walk now, but I got some new in soles and the appropriate bandages... I think in a couple of days it will all be good... like it sayys on the box... haha!

I think June is a good month to take a break, definitely think of me when you plan on starting up again. Good luck with your new baby when he/she comes! You are so lucky to be blessed with that miracle!

Today: Workout complete, burned 1116 calories today, doing some heavy duty gardening and the workout.

Not too suure what measurements you need:

    Neck: 14.5
    Chest: 49
    Waist: 43.5
    hips: 46..5
    Right arm: 12.5
    Left arm: 12.5
    Right thigh: 21.5
    Left thigh: 22

That should cover it all. Enjoy your month off, I think the timing is perfect with the nice weather!

We are back at it for August. Who wants to be on our team again? First 4 people to say yes are in since I will also be participating this time.

So far it is just me and Sundance

    Hey Belinda!

I'm assuming this is going to be our team thread? Is our team name changing? I'm still on your team, right?

On holidays this week, but will try to at the very least get you my starting weight and measurements. What measurements do you need again?

    Thanks Lynn :-)

Today I am actually working on getting us all straightened out. We will have a new thread with a new name. However, I haven't come up with a new name. Any ideas? Pounds Droppers is the only thing I can think of and I am not sold.

Thank you for getting me your starting weight. Measurements are bust, waist, hips, thighs and biceps.
