I didn't get the workout done last night. I promise to make a better effort tonight. I will refrain from giving you any excuses, the truth is I could've made the time to get it done. There was this slogan at my first job, "you've got time to lean , you've got time to clean"... to chang this to my concept to my current situation, "I've got time to sit and relax, I've got time to exercise"

Good morning team!
I woke up today in a wonderful mood and full of life and energy! Which is rare to me these days!
Since, I woke upp earlier, I checked and noticed that the exercise was posted and decided to get it done and over with. That way if I do anything else tonight, it will be a bonus.
Thanks for posting the exercise early Belinda! I saw on Dr. Oz before, that the best time to exercise is in the morning when you first wake up, before you eat anything. Reason: when there is something in your stomach, you have to burn through the food before you get to burning the fat.... or something like that.
Have a great day everyone and I think I'll have some spaghetti sqash tonight so I can have more vegetables. There is one waiting fot me to cook it in the cupboard.0 -

I never had a chance to input my F&V yesterday:
*1/2 cup strawberries
*1 banana
*1 1/2 cups of cooked cauliflower and brocoli
*4 celeri stalks
*1/2 cup carrots

Wednesday & Thursday's workouts completed! F&V for Wed. & Thurs: 1 Apple, 2C cantaloupe, 1 C cucumber, 1 serving baby carrots, 1C red pepper strips, 2 pears, 1 C beans.
Friday workout also complete! I couldn't get the fusion glide to load so I searched another & figured it out! I'll report my F&V for Friday later!

i am here, if you have not replaced me im am back, it has been bad, my husbands grandma in ark has been really sick, I have been running around like crazy. the rest of my inlaws went up there and I went to their house to take care of the farm... They live out in Hallettsville tx and I have been down there, It was an unplanned trip and I did not pack the computer. I have been able to pick up on the It has been very long and an trying week. I did come home on Mon to get everything for the week ready for my hubby and got the challenge and mon and tues workouts, I can post a picture of my log book to show I have been writing them down. I got home last night and did yesterdays workout and I will do todays today. I have to go now, my daughter grads from preschool tonight and I have to get her ready. I will post my veggies and fruit tonight when we get home from dinner. If you have not replaced me. If you have I 100% understand and wish you a great rest of the month.
My father in law came home today and mom had to stay,, but I think I am home for good now.

Sometimes life happens like that, and it does become difficult to connect. I can suggest, in the past, I've had team mates that had to be away from the computer MFP. The plan we had, was that someone would send them the exercises through a private message and they could get it done that way and check in through the same method. I know when I was captain, I didn't get mad if people didn't complete their exercise, I just liked to know either way. It's frustrating when you try to fill out a chart and you are missing information... It gets hard. Anyhow, if you do need any extra help to participate, that is always an option... just let Belinda know what is going on either way. Communication is the key to success.

Fri's workout done, Fri I had banana, apple 2 servings of lettuce, tomatoe and cucumber.
Thurs: 2 servings of heb frozen no sugar added mixed fruit (I have been making my own ice cream in my inlaws blender all week) banana, black beans, peas and corn.
Wed: Tomatoes and cucumbers, banana, 1 serving of frozen fruit, and green beans
Tues: 1 1/2 serving of an okra, corn and tomatoe mixture, 1 serving of the mixed fruit, a banana, and watermelon
Mon: watermelon, banana, frozen fruit, black beans, salad mix, tomato and cucumbers.0 -

151 today and I completed yesterdays workout and made shrimp cocktail so I had a serving of tomatoes and cucumbers, 1/4 serving of onions and peppers. I also had a banana, an apple and a baked potato.0

Hi, team.
I came home early this morning to do some laundry and took advantage of the opportunity to get my exercise done. I thought I was going to get access to the internet from my trailer, but I don't. However, if need be I can go to the main building at the camp. I will be staying there most of the summer. It was quite nice to get everything all organized last night. I stood in the dark to post my weigh in last night... haha heard some noise and ran back into the camper... Sorry it was so late Belinda.
I got my exercise done for today. I will keep track of my sodium levels and post it tomorrow morning. I will be coming home to shower every morning for work. If the exercise is posted then, I will be able to get it done.
