    Hi everyone!

    I have completed today's exercises. I'm trying to log my foods, but some of the foods I ate today, I don't know how to enter. We are doing the inventory at work this week and our agency took us to Pizza Hut for the lunch buffet. I kept track of what I had, but can't find it. I had some small portions, but I don't know how to enter it, in MFP. Also, I had 2 small pieces of fudge that my colleague made... I don't know how to enter that either? I know I'm over my calories but I really wanted to make sure that I got the bonus points for our team.

    Norm i just find the closest thing to what ive eaten. Say the fudge I would just search for homemade fudge and use one of those. On things that I have to do that for I log over what I think I ate, I would rather be over and not over eat.

    I have worked out all three days and logged everyday. :) I still eat like crap but they are all in there :)

    Workout done and logged everything, at least I think so,:wink: I've been eating way too much lately! I like this weeks challenge, I really need to get back into the habit of logging my food.

    Belinda how did your girls do at the track meet today?

    We did ok. We have two key girls out so that really had an impact on our scoring. One of my boys broke the school record in the 2 mile and one of my girls broke the school record in the shot put on Monday.

    Hi team!

    I logged everything yesterday, but forgot to complete the workout. I went for a long walked and planned on doing it when I got home, but then I started texting my 16 year old nephew who is in the hospital because his appendix burst. His spirits were down because he had a worse day yesterday then the day before. I worked really hard on lifting his spirits and I think I succeeded before he signed up to rest. I hope today will be a better day for him. It's just killing me that I can't be there to visit him. They live in a different town. I spend a lot of time with him and his sister growing up. They both hold a special spot in my heart. It is so hard to know that he's in pain and not doing well. I also know how dangerous it can be to have your appendix burst. However, they did operate early I think, so it will be ok.

    Anyhow, I will do the arm workout today for a bonus for myself. And I can't wait to do my Les Mills video...

    I hurt my lower back to the point that it hurts to breathe/walk/talk/move. I will try my best to find a 10 min exercise video that doesn't require further injuring my lower back. I also gained 5lbs in one night eatting at the outback. I went over my calories by 300 but damn I didn't think it would be this bad!

    Done! Did a stretch workout for the back. Lazy I know and I didn't even log the calorie burn. Feeling better :)

    Hi, everyone.

    I have completed today's 10 minute workout video. I tried something different for today, since my back was absolutely killing me. The video is entitled: 10 minute to ballerina beauty. I have realized, through this video that I need to work on my balance badly! The video did help to stretch out my back. Although, let me tell you, I surely didn't look like any ballerina beauty... I'll have to keep working on that one! Here's the video:

    Burned 1008 calories today, walking for 6 hours at a renaissance fair and a huge old time pottery! I'm a happy girl :) logged everything too.

    Hi, team.

    I burnt 653 calories yesterday. I tracked all my food. I have to say, that up until this week, I haven't been tracking what I ate anymore, so thanks for this challenge, Belinda! Although, this was a bad week to be tracking due to the inventory at work. I've been over on my calories every day! Of course, end results have not been so good. I gained a pound this week. I don't like watching the scale go in the wrong direction. Time to kick this back into high gear for me!

    CW: 184

    I will have to do the best I can with the food I have at home this week, since we are down to our last penny.

    It will all get better come Friday when my fiance gets paid. He has been working like a dog these days!

    Ladies I just updated all of our info for the last week. Turns our that moxleymama6 hasn't checked in at all last week! You guys might want to help her along with some encouragement!~ I also haven't heard from sundance since Wednesday.

    I just finished today's exercise challenge. I might have a hard time getting all the F&V in this week. We can't get anymore groceries until Friday, when my fiance gets paid. But, here's what I did have, if it counts.

    *1 banana (do bananas count as 2 portions? someone had told me that and found info on it before)
    *1 cup of strawberries

    First of all, let me extend my sincere apologies for my absence last week. The week basically hit me like a freight train and kicked my butt!I could list the 1st Communion dinner for 30, extra curricular activities, eldest flying in from St. Louis, 3 different end of term projects/research papers for 3 of my chickie-doodles, blah, blah, blah!! Long story short, I let the team down and I am sorry!

    If you'll still consider keeping me, I'll try to be a better teammate!

    Monday challenge complete! F&V: 1C cucumber slices, 1 C pepper slices, 1 C coleslaw (yummy), 1/2 C fresh pineapple, 1/2 C salsa

    I had supper at mom's tonight, so I could have more F&V, then I have left at home. So, far today, I've had:

    * 1 banana
    * 1 cup carrots
    * 1 cup caesar salad
    * 3 slices tomato
    * 1 cup cucumber
    * watermelon (4 quarter slices?)
    * 1/2 cup potato

    I'll try to get my exercises done when I get home
