Pammie: Haha! No, I didn't bring the scale to the camp... yet anyhow... I live 20 minutes away from camp, so when I woke up extra early, and had no books on hand, I came home early to pick some up, do laundry and check in.
I'm at home now, waiting for my fiance before we go to camp, as long as it's not too late when he gets home.
I was over my sodium levels yesterday. Will let you know about today's sodium levels later tonight or tomorrow.

I'm off today and have to go out of town for an appointment, but I just finished todays exercise challenge.
Bad news, my sodium was too high yesterday. I am however, discovering how much sodium there seems to be in bread products, even if I do eat whole wheat. Unbelievable!0 -
Mondays and tues workouts done
I was under on sodium both days, I was WAY under yesterday cause I only ate oatmeal (not feeling good to much acid in tummy). I am feeling better but still get bouts of heartburn or what ever it is... It runs in the family and it sucks, but i guess it could be worse.
Well I'm off to workout and have a sandwich for lunch.

Well, just with my luch alone I'm over on sodium. We went to eastside, and I thought I was ordering wisely, by getting a turkey club sandwich, but that sandwich alone, not counting my salad, was over 2500 for the sodium. I'm surprised!
I didn't plan ahead, since my MIL was picking where we went, although I should of guessed eastside, but I'm shocked at that sandwich!0 -

Nothing exciting around here, we normally do a family thing at the in-laws but my mother-in-law is still not home. Hope everyone is more exciting then us

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday's workouts are all complete! My quads are burning from squatting to pick strawberries yesterday, then today's workout...Ouch!

Well I did not hold at the 148.8 mark, but I am 149.1 and I will take it... Much better then the 151 ish I've been at forever.
Both Fri and Sat workouts done and under sodium.
My husband and I started a lawn service just on the weekends and evenings, well we are trying just to see if it is something we want to do part time. We went out on our first yesterday and I weed wacked for over 4 hours, moved brush and cleaned. We did good I think. but my arms are jello todayOh did I tell you half of that my husband was on the riding mower... How did I get stuck with the hard work?...

Sorry I've been MIA. I've been so tired these days! We went to our trailer again this weekend, and I couldn't get wireless access all weekend. I was getting quite frustrated, but finally I gave up and just decided to try and do what I was there for in the first place, and relax!
Bad news:
Friday & Saturday: no exercise (did a lot of walking though!) and over sodium
Weigh in today: 185 (yes, I did bring my scale to the trailer this time... but I didn't take my morning weight like I usually do... totally off schedule)
We've never had a trailer and we are just trying to figure things out a little. I have realized, that I need to prepare lots of veggies to snack on for when I get bored, because my food choices today, were BAD!!! I will get there.
I went for a job interview on Thursday. It is for a contract position, and I would have to leave my ft position, but I would get paid more, and I think still have benefits... not to mention, being a part of something that I believe is extremely important!0 -
