Done today's exercise challenge. Only burnt 65 calories... sorry team. I don't wear my hrm much anymore, since it hasn't been working to well. Also, I didn't have it on when I walked to and from work and during all the things I did at work. I had another bad day at work, which led me to make a "pissed off dish" that's how I called it. I threw a bunch of left overs together... I never do that, and I could never do that one again, but it was pretty good! Haha!
My Tabatha today was:

Encountered some wardrobe difficulties during the jump rope... but kept on going... forgot to tie up the string on my jogging pants... oops... held the knees tight and it all worked out!
Will try to burn more calories next time, or at the very least put my hrm on!

Today's exercise challenge is complete. .5 mile in.
I wanted to use my treadmill to get more miles in, but I ran out of time, energy and I have no idea how to track my miles on the treadmill. It was a snow storm here today, so other then walking to and from work, I was not very motivated. I have endomondo app on my phone that tracks my mileage with a gps, but it doesn't track nothing on the treadmill.0 -
Finished the workout and did 18 miles (9 challenge miles) on a stationary bike.0

Just finished today's exercise challenge. I used to hate those tricep dips... still not a fan, but it seemed easier to work on form this time, maybe because of all the other exercises that are with it. Usually, in the other set that we do with tricep dips, I am out of breath by the time I get to them.
Completed 20 push ups (I'm still at beginner stage with push ups and pushed myself to 20, arms shaking and all)
So far, I have burnt 200 calories for our calorie burn day today. If, I have a chance later tonight, I might try to burn some more... I will keep you posted if I do.0 -

If its not to late, I was just reading thru our posts and freaked that my last post was sunday.... is it already thurs? Ive had a super busy week and can not believe I did that. :grumble: :noway: sorry :blushing:
Ok I have had my head in a book and it is great.... and on monday we went and bought a zero turn lawn mower. it is so kick butt. I have mowed for 3 days (we have 10 acres)
Ok as my workouts and challenges go:
Mon: jumping jacks, burpees, high knees, skaters. and I burned 817 (hrm with blast fat and gardening)
Tues: legs done (3.25 miles)
Wed: arms done and also 992HRM (mowed, played and the park with my daughter for 2 hours and a long walk)0 -
Challenge complete burned 5990

I did not like today's workout. It was extremely difficult, but I did it. I can't do regular Body Rolls, I have to pull myself up with my pants. It was extremely difficult. I could not do any extra crunches of any kind. I will be in pain tomorrow.
I worked from home today, but I went for a walk at the end of the day. It was freezing cold here! I got .75 miles in.
