Hello everyone, happy thurs
I am loving these short fat blasting full body workouts. They are my favWorkout and water already done for the day, I downed it this morning just to get it out of my system before tonight... I am taking my daughter and her best friend (a boy) to The Fresh Beat Band concert and I know that I wont be able to pee for a while
Also I got in the workout and every drop of water in yesterday. We are having people over this weekend so I have been outside mowing and gardening so it looks fantastic

Whew! Sure glad I used the 5 lb. weights instead of the 8!!! :laugh: I didn't get to post last night, but I did the Tabata routine and was over on water yesterday and today too. Happy weekend ladies!0

I got a bad case of food poisoning, or so the dr thinks. I won't be completing the challenge toaday and I'm having a hard timr getting anything down... including water. I am supposed to drink lots of fluids, but I doubt I'll get it all down.
Hopefully, I'll be better by tomorrow. I missed work today because of this.0 -

Hello everyone, well what a stressful weekend... Nothing went right and I'm a mess. But it is over and I have to do it again for next weekend thanks to the rain... I love we got rain, but it would have been nice to have it in the forecast so I would have been ready and not cooked all that food...
but I guess its over and tomorrow is a new day and week
I have drank all my water fri and sat. and was able to get my workouts in.
I am at 150.9 todayto much water and salt

Hi everyone!
I have completed today's exercises. I'm trying to log my foods, but some of the foods I ate today, I don't know how to enter. We are doing the inventory at work this week and our agency took us to Pizza Hut for the lunch buffet. I kept track of what I had, but can't find it. I had some small portions, but I don't know how to enter it, in MFP. Also, I had 2 small pieces of fudge that my colleague made... I don't know how to enter that either? I know I'm over my calories but I really wanted to make sure that I got the bonus points for our team.0 -

After yesterday's workout, my legs were shaking and couldn't stop shaking. I really pushed myself. They felt like Jello today. I could not complete today's exercise. However, I did track all my food.
