@KellyBgetsfit I'm feeling ok, tired of course lol. I'm ready to not be pregnant anymore but I'm also not ready to have a newborn again! I hope weight gain slows down in the third trimester but I also feel like I've been hungrier. I know you need a bit more calories in the third trimester so I guess that's ok. Looks like you are doing really well with your weight gain so far0

I don't feel like I was hungrier or ate any more than usual this week, but there's quite the jump. I do like comparing my numbers to yours, @hesn92, because mine seem pretty close to yours so far, and I would be beyond happy to be where you are at this point!

@rachelcalsbeek well if your weight gain is like mine you're in for a nice big growth spurt lol! I didn't track calories or really pay much attention to my diet throughout my second trimester which is probably why I gained so quickly. I'm just trying to stay in the 25-35 range, and it's looking promising right now1

@hesn92 Haha, I am going on 2 week vacation starting next week, so I'm definitely expecting a growth spurt. I haven't been tracking, but I'm mentally trying to stay on top of not going overboard. I'm hoping for a max gain of 30, so we'll see! Your numbers are looking very promising!0

I have already gained 2 pounds this week...and it is only Thurs!!! I even logged yesterday and I am NOT eating that much. Yesterday, I did T25, hit my 10,000 steps, and swam!!!! I do something for 30 min everyday. Ok, sorry, rant over. Since I am high risk for preeclampsia and hellp, I am really trying to avoid large weight gains.0

It could be water retention especially if you did a lot of extra exercise lately.2 -

Yup, vacation weight loss gone. I was at 3 lbs gain this time last pregnancy. So as I want to gain a little less (as I'm a little heavier) hopefully I'm on track. But I know the gains are still well ahead of me. I gained 26 lbs last time, but put on 6 more pounds after losing it all this time around. So I figure 20 lbs is both recommended and puts me around the same point as last time.0 -
@sardelsa I haven't really changed or increased my workouts in a few weeks. Some days I get in 30min, some days I get more. I'm not swelling and my blood pressure is fine, thankfully. I decided not to check it today and wait until Monday. Baby just might have had a gain. I was really upset about it yesterday. I cried. I snacked a lot...but went back and logged and actually didn't eat much. Today is a new day. It is what it is.0

Oh I see @KellyBgetsfit. I know it's easier said than done but try not to beat yourself up! Pregnancy gain is so strange and unpredictable. I have run many gaining cycles and they are straight forward and easy to manage. This is a whole different game Last month I gained 3lbs in one week and it could have been anything but I know it wasn't fat gain coming on that fast, so jumps are normal. So try to be positive you are doing great!1
