    Hi ladies!
    Forget to post on 10/18/12 somehow. Anywho I weighed in at 214 pounds--down two pounds from last week and 5 pounds away from my November goal. I added in a much needed rest day this week. I am hoping to continue with my average 10 pound a month weight loss. We'll see. Keep pushing ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Quick check-in 10/11/12 ! I weighed in at 216 pounds today down two pounds from last week. Keep pushing ladies--you can do it!!!!!!!!!!
    Today's weigh-in 10/4/12 = 218 pounds WooHoo! Down four pounds from last week and at my original goal for October! Yay!
    I also walked a total of 116 miles in the month of September--I set a personal goal of 90 miles.

    Here for my weigh in today 9/27/12.
    I am holding steady at 222 pounds this week--no loss, no gain (last week I lost a record 5 pounds to reach 222 pounds).
    No complaints here considering TOM, and my indulgence in soul food (collards with smoked turkey, blackeyed peas with smoked turkey, and cornbread) all week. Happy to not have gained anything and to be 5 pounds below my September goal!

    Ladies, LaDiEs, LADIES!!

    I was going to go through and respond to everyone individually, but you guys are doing AMAZING!!! I would be here all day....Lol!! I see so many of you dropping pounds, dropping inches, and keeping the motivation high!! I'm proud of you ladies! Keep up the amazing work!!

    As for me, it's been an up and down battle as many of you who are my MFP friends know. I'm glad to report that another two pounds has made its way off of my body and I have officially met my November goal!! Watch out December skinny me....here I come!!!!!!

    Hey ladies kinda embarrassed. To. Post being that I started. The challenge. And haven't. Been checking. In faithfully. Or putting in 100% my intentions. Were good I backslid alot my lowest around September. Was 188 I'm back up to 198 I'm settling. In with. School. /work better I would like. To thank those who checked in faithfully. And those who are doing their best on a brighter note I'm logging foods again eating healthier. And I ordered. An elliptical. From Walmart online Sunday. For 89.00 I'm waiting for that to arrive. I'm purchasing. Gifts. For this challenge. Any ideas?? also id k what happened l guess if u reach a certain. Amount of post it s. Makes another. Forum part 2 but again I apologize. Please. Give me sum gift. Idea's

    Hope everything is going well with you ladies ;) My weigh in was yesterday (Thanksgiving day). I came in at 202 pounds--down three pounds after stalling at 205 for two weigh ins in a row. Hopefully I will be in Onederland for my next weigh in. Keep pushing. We only have one month left in this challenge.
