    Down 1 lbs this week!

    SW: 247.8 CW: 218 Down 29.8 lbs since beginning this challenge!

    Goal 1: 237 by 9/ 30/12 Goal met on 9/11/12
    Goal 2: 227 by 10/31/12 Goal met on 10/22/12
    Goal 3: 217 by 11/30/12
    Goal 4: 209 by 12/25/1
    Goal 5: 199 by 01/31/12 ONEderland!!! I can't wait to see you again!!


    Only 1 lbs away from my November goal!! I'm going to work really hard to acheive that this week!!

    Congrats!!! 1lb by Friday is definitely doable at the rate you're going

    Hope everything is going well with you ladies ;) My weigh in was yesterday (Thanksgiving day). I came in at 202 pounds--down three pounds after stalling at 205 for two weigh ins in a row. Hopefully I will be in Onederland for my next weigh in. Keep pushing. We only have one month left in this challenge.

    Weighing in for 11/8/12 at 205 pounds, down four pounds from last week again WooHoo! I can almost taste Onederland which will also represent the halfway point to my ultimate goal weight of 145 pounds!

    Greetings ladies--today is 11/1/12 and I am here for my weekly check in. I weighed in at 209. Down four pounds from last week currently at my November goal! I hope to see Onderland by the end of the month if Thanksgiving doesn't derail me.

    Today is 10/25/12--I weighed in at 213 pounds--down one pound from last week--four pounds away from my November goal. Had a few sluggish days this week but trying to get back on track.

    Hey Ladies,

    I completely fell off the Jingle train. I lost my Father earlier this month and everything went down hill from there. I am motivated now more than ever to get healthy. The last real conversation we had was about getting my weight under control and watch him die of obesity related illnesses has been mind blowing.

    So I am going to try to reach the first two goals that I set for myself at the beginning of the challenge.

    I am glad to know that you have joined us again. I can only imagine what you are feeling. Be encouraged that God will comfort and provide peace. As you continue on the journey you have more motivation to work hard and accomplish your goal. YOU CAN AND WILL DO IT. WE MUST BELIEVE OUR LIVES DEPEND ON IT!

    Update: Currently 172 from starting weight of 206. I will not make my goal of 155 by the end of the chanallenge but I will continue. I had my set backs and went through weeks of not losing or losing a small amount to put back on. I think I have finally got the formula, mind set and dedtermination to reach my goal weight and keep it off through continued diet and exericise. This is a lifestyle change not a diet. So happy I'm doing this for me.

    GW December 2012: from 165 to 170*(10lbs shy of Ultimate Goal Weight)

    Monthly Goals: Actual Weight:
    Jul : 194 lbs / 195.5
    Aug :189 lbs / 191.5 (shy 2.5lbs of goal) Hopefully September will be better
    Sep :185 lbs/ 189.5 (4.5 lbs off :grumble: ) Doing awfully since summer ended :sad:
    Oct : 182 lbs /187* ( I blame TOM!!! :cry: )
    Nov: 175 lbs/ 187 (0lbs down) So depressed :mad: :explode: :frown: :huh:
    Dec 25th : 170 lbs
    New Dec 25th Goal: 185 (hopefully)


    I think Im gonna have to start posting inches lost, because this is ridiculous!!! Since Septemer I've only lost 2.5lbs!? Really!? So frustrating. Dont know what Im doing wrong. I just worked out EVERY SINGLE DAY for 30 days in November AND NOTHING. SMDH. If it hadnt been for the few inches I've lost I dont know what I would do. I really dont. But honestly quitting is not an option, so I guess that this rant is about as bad as it would get.lol. Anyways thanx for letting me vent Pals. December goal is out the window, Placed new goal under the last revised December goal, and Ive changed it 3x. :ohwell: Gonna work on my new strategy,

    My weigh in was Thursday. Just popping in with an update--I weighed in at 199 pounds. I finally made it to Onederland and passed my official December goal weight of 200 pounds. WooHoo. This means I need to set a new goal--still thinking about this. I don't know if I want to push myself to try and lose another 10 pounds this month, or relax just a little to enjoy Christmas and my birthday and New Years. Gotta have the greens and black-eyed peas of course and you can't have those without cornbread ;) We'll see because if I slack off even a little it may turn into a nasty habit. Decisions, decisions. At any rate I will keep doing Turbofire at the very least.

    Hope your journey is going well. We're in the home stretch of this challenge. Keep pushing!

    You are doing awesome! You're so right about this being a lifestyle change. I have definitely accepted it as such which for me means there will be an occassional day when I have fried chicken for brunch and dinner and chocolate chip cookies in the same day ;)

    Hey ya'll!!! My CW is 282.6. I beat my January goal (on profile) of 285!!!!! I hope to lose 2 more pounds before Christmas. That will be 50 pounds for the year! :happy:

    Goal #1 Oct : 180 lbs / ======= actual weight loss = 184.4 (-1.8) =========
    Goal #2 Nov: 174 lbs /++++++++actual weight loss = 183.6 (-.8) ++++++++++
    Goal #3 Dec: 168 lbs

    November weigh in: 183.6

    I believe I have officially hit a plateau. No matter how much I work out or watch my calories, the scale barely moves. Or if is does move, it goes up and down +/- 3 lbs. So frustrating :explode:

    I will not give up. I am going to try increasing( yes I said increase) my calories this month to see if maybe I am not eating enough calories. Feels so wrong!
