Does this challenge go from thurs to thrus? Just making sure. I am really trying to walk more because sit ups are really hard for me to do at this point. I have had a bad back for years. So I am trying to at least do more than I have been.0

day 3- 11 glasses h2o and 100 crunched
day 4- in process -- oh wait...is today day 4 or 5..i'm lost!!0 -
Got my 100 sit ups in this morning so I wouldnt forget...also did 50 arm curls...
