    Not bad, Globe jumps and suicides are not my strong point at all!

    I think Globe jumps are tough to increase because of the nature of the exercise. As you get fitter you'd tend to jump that bit higher, so you'd spend more time in the air, meaning there's less time to complete actual jumps.
    Or am I over thinking it?

    Globe jumps: 9. -- 10
    Suicide jumps: 14. -- 15
    Push up jacks: 24. -- 27
    low plank obliques: 30 each leg. -- 39 each leg
