Today is Recovery for me. I am not seeing much results as I am on day 18 of INSANITY. So I added Cardio Abs with my Recovery Day, just to push my abs a little more.
I know it's risky adding an excersize on Recovery day, but since it was just the Cardio Abs, and It's not very long... I had to try it. I. E. I made sure I did Cardio Abs first then I did Recovery. lol
I just know I NEED/CRAVE results fast! I have never been so dedicated to a workout and I have never CRAVED results so much in my life...but I do now.
Does anyone have a comment on this?0
