    I PR'd my back squats by 20lbs on Monday! Kind of un-Crossfit related, but I also ran 5K without taking any walking breaks for the first time EVER! I credit Crossfit for that, because it taught me about mind over matter!

    Congratulations!

    I got up to 133 lbs in my back squat this morning. That's 35 more than last time (two weeks ago). I hope to be up tp body weight by the 12-week mark.

    Lots of PRs this week, maybe the week of vacation did me some good!

    Power Clean PR of 138#, up 5#
    Deadlift PR of 243#, up 10#
    Also did my first C2B pull up in 13.5 and did 13 of them!

    I'm stoked about cleans tonight. I was so frustrated with this lift because it just wasn't clicking for me. Tonight it all seemed to make sense and I PR'd by 25lbs (85lb clean). We weren't supposed to max out so I feel like I could have gone heavier. So excited!

    21 days in and finally completed my 1st WOD under the cap with 5 secs to spare.

    3 rds of:
    400M Run
    16 Single Leg Squats (Pure HELL when you try to pumnp out 8 at once on a leg)
    6 Hanging Power Cleans

    Other CFM members cheered me on to finish. Gotta love the family.

    Got a victory today I got 2 reps of deadlift at 405 this afternoon, first time deadlifting more than 400 once

    Some of ours do as well. It teaches you to scale. Why burn your wheels doing a workout for 20 minutes that is supposed to be a sprint?

    I'm so new I've really only done AMRAPs. I know my box does timed WODs, I just haven't hit those days. I'm hoping they have a time limit, or else they better leave the keys with me and let me lock up.:laugh: :laugh:
