Dad went to Venice Italy. Sent me a beautiful necklace and coin purse made in Italy. I love him for being my dad. With Father's Day coming up, all I got him was a card. LOL. Hubby thinks it was a nice trade.0

Truth: have to stay off the scale again. My clothes are falling off, I'm getting healthier and I'm toning. Sooner or later more weight will come off.0

It's been almost a month since my last post and I can confirm after much patience the scale is starting to move again. I amped up my exercise and put the scale away and the inches continued to fall and soon after the scale began to move. But I'm going to continue to stay off of it and not be come obsessed because I know I'm getting healthier and my friends are noticing the weight loss.0

I just thought I would share a NSV with you guys. I CAN WEAR MY WEDDING RINGS AGAIN....THEY FIT JUST FINE...ONCE AGAIN...TOOK 7 YEARS BUT I'M WEARING THEM AS OF THIS MORNING!!!!!!! I was so happy that it brought tears to my eyes.

Sharing my NSV...I climbed Stone Mountain Saturday with a great group of ladies. It has to be the hardest thing I've ever done exercise wise. I wanted to give up half way through but my BFF & I persevered and made it to the top. I am so proud of myself for not stopping and plan to do this again. My BFF and I walked 5 miles Monday but that was nothing compared to walking 1.3 miles up that steep mountain.0

My sisters baby shower is today and it also happens to be her birthday as well. SO excited about the day! Going to church again at the same church I visited the last 3 weeks. I think I'm going to become a member there. I really feel welcome and that I belong there too. Pray that I do God's will and please Him in my decision.0

140 squats today-yikes! I stopped taking meds 3 days ago, they were messing with my head. Hoping the scale moves some by weigh in tomorrow!0

Watching my 4 year old niece while my sister is in the hospital with nephew. He was born 9-27-13 at 12:39. Weighs 7 pounds 9 ounces and is 20.5' long. He is so precious. Named him Christian Tucker. So, Gracie is a big sister now. Keeping up with her is a BIG chore at my age. She is into everything and wants more all the time. My sister, Molly, has her hands full now with Gracie and Tucker. She can do it though. She is a strong Christian woman who is depending on God, like she is supposed to. LOL. Will share more later.0

I love that we can go and do things when we want now but am so glad to be staying home next weekend! All we have done is run this past month!0
