    In the next 50 days I want to:

    1. Gradually increase the weights on my 3 x weekly lifting routine started on 31 Dec
    2. Lose half a stone (7lbs)
    3. Maintain my muscle mass
    3. Reduce my bodyfat
    4. Reduce my BMI
    5. Reduce my blood pressure back to normal

    Excited for this group!

    1.) My goal is to lose 12lbs in 50 days

    2.) workout 4-6 times per week

    3.) incorporate more weight training

    4.) get back into tracking my food which is something I have been slacking on

    5.) form the habbit of a healthy lifestyle and stick with it going forward
