Hi ladies just checking in for the week. I hope all is well with everyone.

    SW: 204
    CW: 178.6
    GW: 165-170

NSV this week I tried on a pair of my daughter's pants joking around and to my surprise they fit! (9/10)...I had been avoiding trying on any clothes until I got down to my goal, but in doing that it gave me extra motivation to work hard and keep this up forever, I feel better with the extra weight gone as well.. I can now rollerskate again, and now I go every week.

    SW: 219

    March 4 - 216.8
    March 11 - 216.8
March 18 - Did not weigh
    March 25 - 213.2

    Total loss - 5.8
    GW: 195

I changed a couple of things up in the past two weeks. I decided to stay off the scale for awhile. I changed my exercise routine realizing I had to do more. I started Jillian Michaels Body Revolution last week and I'm still walking 5-6 days a week. Trying to keep on track.

Good Morning Ladies! My stats for the week are:

    SW: 181
CW: 170.5 (down 1 pound since last week)
    GW: 140

    NSV for this challenge:

    1. Finish this 30 day shred!
    2. Eat more fruits and veggies this week
    3. Work harder to stay within my daily calorie limits (I did pretty good on my calorie intake this week, all things considered)

My previous NSV was to fit into my size 10 suit on Easter Sunday....well....I can get into it, but "fitting" it is a whole other story. I still need to lose about 10 more pounds before it will actually fit like it used to, but I'll take "getting" into it for now. :-)

    Official weigh in goals:
    2/21: 177.5 (met this one)
    4/21: 160
    6/21: 143
