    Just restarted MFP a few weeks ago. Really need inspiration and encouragement to stick with it this time. Is it too late to join this challenge?

    I want to join your challenge!! I've lost 16 pounds since January, but I have hit a plateau. My issues is that I am always on the go and I don't exercise (I know horrible). My challenge is to work out 4 days a week for 30 minutes, and contiue to log all of my meals on here.

    Stayed the same. My body is holding on to the weight. Just trying to hang in and hope the scale starts moving soon:(

    My current weight is holding steady at 286.4, ugh...I suppose I shouldn't be upset, I'm still exercising and watching my food intake, so it really could be worse.

    Hello ladies just checking in! I am excited to continue this weight loss journey but as I call it "My Lifestyle Change." I have started boot camp and weight traiing so the scale is all over the place....I gained 2lbs of muscle but lost inched off of my waist, so that is a plus. My trainer told me not to focus on the numbers now but how the way my clothes fit. Needless to say they fit great now!

    My goals by June 21, 2013
    1. comfy size 9 (currently in a 10/12 but can fit some 9's)
    2. weight down to 165/170lbs
    3. go shopping for a new wordrobe! :-D

    Hello Ladies,

    I would like to join in the weight loss challenge.

    My CW: 178
    My GW by 6/7/2013: 168
    My GW by 7/7/2013: 158
    My GW by 8/7/2013: 148
    My GW by 9/7/2013: 138
    My GW: 135


    How do I plan to get to those markers...hemmmm well I plan to track my calories and points (WW). I plan to have a least 1 protein shake for a meal each day. Eat healthy (by this I mean add fruit and veggies with each meal & snack) and no eating past 8 pm. Oh and 64 oz of water per day.

    When it comes to exercise I plan to do 30 minutes of cardio 5-6 days per week and 2-3 days of at home strength training (push ups, lunges, squats, kettle bell swings)

    I am hoping improve my energy levels and increase the quality of my sleep.

    I look forward to chatting with you ladies each week. Lets make this happen.
