    Just checking in. The last 2 weeks have been a little frustrating and disappointing. I feel like I've hit a wall so I'm going to try IPOARM for the entire month of June and see if that helps get things moving again. Happy June 1st everyone!

    Don't know what's going on with the scale but my clothes are all looser and my body looks different. I guess the weight will come.

    I JUST RAN ACROSS THIS SITE TODAY, SO I THINK I AM TOO LATE FOR THE SUMMER CHALLENGE, BUT, I WOULD LIKE TO JOIN THIS GROUP.I AM JUST STARTING TODAY AT 235 POUNDS. I KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO HAVE SUPPORT ON A WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY. I WAS THIS WEIGHT 22 YEARS AGO. I MANAGED TO LOSE 50 POUNDS, ON ONE OCCASION AND 82 ON ANOTHER, BUT, OVER THE YEARS I HAVE GAINED IT BACK. I NEED TO LOSE 70 POUNDS. I HAVE NOTICED THE WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS AND WANTED KNOW IF I COULD JOIN THE GROUP?

    Hello…again! I haven’t posted on this challenge in so long I had to search for my original goals! I let a couple of setbacks get me down. I broke my toe and could barely walk; thus, my workout plans went right out the window. :cry: However, I am back and I am starting over! :happy:

    Starting weight – 192 lbs. (February 2013)
    Current weight – 188 lbs. (June 2013)
    Goal weight – 168 lbs. (Oct. 2013)

    I know this is a summer challenge but because I took a loooooong hiatus, I have adjusted the date for meeting my goal. My non-scale goals remain the same:
    1. Workout on a consistent basis (@ least 4 days/week)
    2. Eat at least one piece of fruit per day (I’m a veggie girl)
    3. Don’t beat myself up if I have an “off” day
    4. Wear a swimsuit without a cover/T-shirt

    I admit it.... I fell off the bandwagon for about a month. It's good to be back and feel re-energized by your postings. I gained 2lbs while I was MIA but I'm glad that was all.

    Goals:
    1. Exercise 5x a week
    2. Eat at least 1 veggie a day for now (ugh LOL)
    3. Drink more water
    4. Wear gym clothes and feel good about myself. I have XL nike shorts and those tops but the tops are uncomfortable so I wind up wearing super large t-shirts.

    I don't know if I'll ever be confident enough to wear a swimsuit without a coverup due to stretch marks but I really just want to feel comfortable in my own skin, flaws and all.

    Kar1959, I like your idea of posting every Monday!

    Down 26 lbs since the beginning of this challenge!! I'm pleased with it, I'm not at 175 yet but I am going to get as close as I possibly can by the end of the challenge, I have 10 days!!!

    I'm not going to reach my goal but I have a loss after a lot of ups and downs. This has been a great challenge and if anyone wants to start a Fall challenge after this one ends on 6/20 count me in.

    I'm not going to reach my weight loss goal for this challenge, but I intend to finish up strong! :smile:

    Hi ladies, I haven't been on in a minute as for as the weekly meetings. I have reached my goal size as far as clothing and I have also reset my weight losss goals. My current size is 172.6 a size 36dd (came down from a 40dd), pants size 9 shirts Med. I am so thankful to this site and the members for helping me reach my goal. I am still fighting this life journey to get out of my plateau.....Still in good spirits though.

    I will pray and keep my Spirits high and stay focused because I refuse to let the devil win....My health is to important to take for granted....I want to be between 165-170 so that if I gain I will still be okay for my own mindset

    I really enjoyed this challenge!! I didn't make it to my goal, I missed it by 8 lbs but I did lose 26 lbs over the course of this challenge! I'm so proud! Somebody has to start another challenge...LOL!

    Congratulations to you all. We've come a long way. I'm nowhere near my goal for this challenge. I let the crashing of my laptop and a couple of other things set me back. But I did lose and I'm refocused and I'm going to keep going until I reach my new goals. Thank you ladies for all the support and motivation.
