Chris' cut for Thailand trip

I'm heading to Thailand in late March for 3 weeks for my 30th with my GF and a few other friends. WIll be doing some muay thai over there also. Need to be fit and preferably a tad leaner.
Current stats:
5'8" (not expecting this to change )
83.8kg
Accumeasure calipers
chest 5mm
abs 16mm
thigh 6mm
BF per US army formula 14.94%.
And I was dexa scanned at 10.1% 3 weeks ago but I was a tad leaner then so probably not too far off the mark.
measurements:
chest: 100.5cm
waist: 82cm
hips: 101cm
bicep:33.7/37.3cm & 32.6/36.7cm
forearm: 30.5cm
thigh:57.8cm and 59.5cm
calf:38cm
neck:38cm
In looking back, I'm about just about the same stats as I was before my last cut in August 2012. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/717536-chris-davey-s-shredding-log However, I've put another 15kg on my DL and 10kg on bench.
Current max lifts:
squat: 185kg
bench: 105kg
deadlift 220kg
Also, the main motivator for me is that I'm going in my first strongman competition in April 21st and would much rather compete in the less than 80kg class. Only 5 people entered in it (about 20 in 90kg class) and I will be doing the following:
Farmers walks for 20m at 160kg
deadlift for reps in 90s 180kg
log press for reps in 90s 70kg
tyre flip 20m (approximately 220kg)
atlas stone over 1.2m yoke 75kg

morning weight 83.8kg
Chins were neutral grip. Bench was pretty tough. Was happy with this session. I couldn't do heavy SOHP because my trap was getting aggravated.
And I trained my first actual client again this week. Already good improvement in only 2 sessions.
