    Good evening... BG @ 8:57pm- 105. 2:00 after dinner.


    Carb count today was 184.

    Tonite was 101 right after treadmill for half hour
    Dinner carbs were 39
    Carbs thru reading were 143

    Good evening everyone... BG @ 8:55pm was 113. Higher than I wanted , however I had 100 carbs for dinner and 212 for the entire day. So I should be glad it was 113 at 2:00 hours after starting dinner.

    Came in at an even 100 tonight, so I'm ok with that. I sure hope tomorrow's weather is as nice as what we had today. This "cooler" weather sure spoils me, especially since it's mid-August! Have a nice Wednesday!

    Good evening to all... Forgot to do fasting before breakfast, so missed that, but my post BG @ 9:30pm was 114. Had 208 carbs, and 94 were at dinner. Had far to many BBQ Baked Beans. My mistake.

    Hope everyone has great night and hope the numbers will look good for fasting.

    Tonite was 103 (no work out before as a/c busted and it's too hot to deal)
    Dinner carbs were 26 (baked beans)
    Total carbs till read were 133

    Tonight BG was 121. I rarely have any form of pasta, although I love it, and tonight I had some lasagna. Every now and then is ok but it will be a long time until I "indulge" again. Another beautiful day here...hope tomorrow is a good one as well.

    Good evening to all... BG @ 9:44pm was 106. Not surprised after eating thin crust pizza. three slices, man it was good.

    Carb count was 168.

    Hello everyone... BG @ 9:14pm was 89. Great reading . Very pleased with numbers.

    Carb count was 150 for the day.

    P.M. BG was 97. Continuing with our nice weather here in IL. Unusual temps for August but I'm grateful for them!

    BG @ 9:15 pm was 115. Surprising that it was this high. 2:00 after dinner.


    Total carb count today was05. I think I know the issue, in between dinner and testing had 8 jelly beans.
