My perfect score for April has slipped slightly :ohwell:
I worked night shift the last 3 nights and though I am quite capable of not eating between dinner at 7pm and my first bit of breakfast, normally a banana at 4 or 5 am, on one of my nights I ate a pack of crisps and a lot of coffee cake around 1am . :yawn: it keeps me awake
I did eat way too much sugar and floury stuff (cakes and puds). But now it's been 9 days after the marathon and I need to be back on track

So, my criteria will be: 1) After dinner - just 250 cal worth of snacks, 2) no snacks, just 0 cal drinks after 10 pm.

Hey everyone. Sorry I have been MIA. Havent been really eating late at night, just really too much during the day. Trying to find ways to keep busy so I stop afternoon snacking.
Today I got in a half hour walk, then tonight going try YOGA for the first time :indifferent: Hope I can keep up and I like it. Its a hour long class from 8-9 so I wont be able to snack afterwards.

Same story last night. I had 2 olives and then was going to have a handful of peanuts, but then I figured it wasn't worth losing the point to LNS for that. It turned out I wasn't even hungry, just tired.
