    The last few days I have been way off where I should be. Too much sugar, white flour, cakes etc. and I totally forgot to log on Saturday so my mfp 185+ tally went back to 0 :sad:
    But this serves me right :laugh: and from today I pledge to you all, I am getting back on the wagon.

    Oh how happy I will be when May comes on the calendar.....last night I didn't snack and I'm determined not to snack tonight, but it's NOT my best "monthly" performance, that's for sure!

    Even if we did not end up where we wanted, we ALL still win cause we tried really hard and made a difference in our eating habits for ourselves. So give yourself a big pat on the back for such a GREAT effort! :drinker: :drinker:
