There are 30 days in April and I am determined to do much better then March so my goal this month is to work on only eating when i feel myself get physically hungry and to stop when physically full. Wow it sounds so simply and yet it is not! I am reading a book by Geenen Roth right now and I am hoping to get some insight about myself and make April the month to get some control!!! Big goals but I can do it!

Day 2 complete ... went 300 calories over my set calorie amount by having wholemeal toast and butter ... stopped at that which is amazing for me as it usually triggers me to binge! So apart from not being a perfect day of eats it deffo wasnt classed as a binge day

I was wondering about whether to give myself and the binge half a point each for yesterday but I decided to stay positive. The reason for this is that I did show binge like tendencies in my eating last night but because my calories had been fairly low for the day and also there was nothing in the house I stayed within 2000 cals and manage to halt the binge before it went crazy. So I guess that's a win for me
I also braved a weigh day today and have lost half of the 7lbs I gained in my most recent 2 week long binge.
Keep up the amazing work everyone, and to those struggling a bit - today is a new day an you CAN DO THIS!! x0 -

ouch...man does it hurt to have to keep typing that '1' every day so early into the month, but it keeps me motivated to not binge! proud to say i made it thru another night binge free. i had some
, but i have to learn that i can have stuff like that, in moderation, and it is not a binge or something i should feel bad about. i'm really motivated because WI is sunday and i'm SOOO close to my goal for this week!0 -

Yesterday ended up being a weak day. Upping exercise and still maintaining healthy habits, even when my diet isn't the best. I've already had some non-paleo this morning but trying to make it normal eating, no urgency.0 -
