I have been working at 5x5s since last Sept. I just found this group! I have went from a very tight size 20 into a loose size 16 and down 27 lbs!

Jan/Feb progress - SL and cardio with a deficit
There should have been some at the end of March when I'd lost around 7lbs from deficit and cardio, but I didn't take them.
Then I had a month off training until late April but started upping my calories to maintenance.
June results - last two months on SL only and eating maintenance. Excuse the crap in the background - we're moving house on Friday...

Right, time for an update! Other than my bicep, which looks a wee bit bigger, I haven't done a comparison.. there are a few, but they are front and side relaxed and taut, with and without tummy coverage. I realised after that I haven't done a back photo yet.. I will rectify this at some point as I haven't seen my back yet!

I was at goal weight at the start of Strong lifts, but I think my back has improved a bit. This was from Mid-February to the end of May.

Six weeks between photos. Little differences, but they add up! Lost 0.5" off each thigh, gained 0.5" on each calf, lost 0.5" off my lower stomach and 0.5" off my hips.

Seeing your photos is brilliant and the exact sort of thing that prompted me to start lifting. The first photo is my 'before' and what gave me the kick in the *kitten* to do something - this ended up being joining MFP and ramping up my exercise.
The during is after a 20 pound-ish loss and before any 'heavy' lifting - just circuits and body weight stuff really.
The after is from a couple of weeks ago after doing stronglifts for a couple of months.
