Did another 5k on a treadmill yesterday... Boring as hell... :(
But by the time I am back from work it's it soooo dark. I have to run in the gym during the weekdays... :(

Hey I'm here, had to have a break of a month as I overdid it and nearly killed my shins back up and running again for the last 3 weeks and I've now made it to 5k taking 40 1/2 minutes.
Good job doing 5k. I am slow too after the break...
    Get well!

W1D3 in the books. I will probably repeat the week. I've been pretty sedentary and don't want to rush things. I was able to complete everything, but not in any hurry.
Good to be running again, wish I'd never quit.

I had to take a couple of weeks off to let my knees heal but I'm glad to report I ran week 7 day 1 today. I've gone from hating to run and counting the time left to loving to run and feeling like I could go further when my app says "cool yourself down" after the jogging portion.

Repeated W1D3 last night because I had a fee night.
@brant710 - I know the feeling. Heal up and take it easy to let you run the good run!

Hi all, I just found this group, wish I knew about it a fortnight ago. I just finished w2d1 of Zombies c25k. I am trying to incease my running time in the free run at the end. W1d3 I did 1 minute on one minute off for the last 10 minutes, today was 1:15 on 1:15 off and just seemed so much harder. Same speed (run 4mph). I'll keep working on it.

But feeling great afterwards. It is a real sense of acheivement.

Keep up the running everyone! You've all got this! I'm resting today with just a walk, muscles a bit sore from 5 days at it this week. Looking forward to week two next week.

@Mondoweft You are working on endurance right now, speed will come later. You might need will probably have to slow down some as your run length increases.

    Keep it up everyone!!

Despite a slower pace week 7 is now in the books. Bring on week 8.
