    I'm at 45 miles yet. I don't think I'll reach my goal of 60 miles. I had to take a couple days off due to a huge migraine. I'm still going to try to get as many miles as I can so I might get to 50 which is still pretty great for me!

    Two more miles today for a total of 23. Might not make it to my goal of 30-40 but I look forward to a June challenge!

    Happy End of May!! We did it!! And, though I did not reach 50 miles, I still met my goal of 40 to 50 miles for the month.

    This was so great and I will be signing up again every month :D

    Still doing Leslie Sansone Just Walk Ultimate 5 day walk plan and will continue next month. I love this video so much I am not bored with it, but I will be getting new videos in the future to change it up.


    05/06- 3 Mile + Abs
    05/07 -4 Mile + Arms
    05/08- 1 Mile + Legs --- Got the husband to join me for that day even :D
    05/09- 2 Mile + Chest/Back
    05/10- Could only do 2 miles today with warm up/cool down and full body stretch

    05/13- 5 mile + full body stretch
    05/14- 4 mile + Arms
    05/15- 3 mile + Abs
    05/16- 2 mile+ Chest/Back + 30 min weight training :)
    05/17- 1 mile+ Legs

    05/20- 5 mile + full body stretch
    05/21- 0 mile - illness
    05/22- 0 mile- illness/friend from out of town
    05/23- 0 mile-illness/friend from out of town
    05/24- 0 mile-illness/friend from out of town
    05/25- 0 mile-illness/friend from out of town

    05/26- 0 mile-illness recovery/friend from out of town
    05/27- 0 mile- recovering from illness FINALLY. Swimming today.

    Total Miles to date: 45 miles
    Goal REACHED!! My plan was 40-50 miles for the month of May.

    You all did a great job and inspire me to push myself more!! Keep Walking strong! See you all for the next month when my goal is 5o miles!! Woohoo!!

    I finished with 47 miles with a goal of 60. I think I did pretty good because I just started walking a lot this month. I hope everyone was able to meet their goals this month!!
