Tuesday: 1 mile: Walk Diet One Mile (WAP for Your Week DVD), 1.5 miles outdoors
Goal for May: 50 combined miles
So far: 17 Leslie/ other walking DVD miles
So far: 16 outdoor miles
I really enjoy reading which DVDs or workouts you all are doing. Thanks for taking the time to include that with your mileage. Sometimes it can be a reminder of a forgotten DVD at the bottom of my pile, or a lead to a Walk DVD by a different person, or even information about something that I do not know about. I love to look up the workouts that I am not familiar with.

May 2: 3miles/3 Mile Advanced Walk with Resistance/387 calories burnt
May 3: 2miles/30 Minute Walk/324 calories burnt used 3lb weights the entire workout!
May 4: 5 miles/5 Really Big Miles/774 calories burnt

May 6: 3 miles/3 Mile Advance Walk/377 calories burnt
May 7: 4 miles/4 Mile Super Challenge/598 calories burnt

May 9: 3 miles/5 Really Big Miles (I only did the first 3 miles and was worn out! BUT I had a major calorie burnt. This is probably the most calories I've burnt in this amount of time in a cardio workout. I'm thinking that maybe I might try to do these first 3 miles twice a day!!!/ 532 calories burnt!! See above on May 2~I only burned 387 for those 3 miles

I'm so excited! I got WATP-Walk Strong, WATP-Walk and Jog, the Walk Away Your Waistline Kit, and Walk Off Even More Weight. I like that these DVD's aren't highly expensive. I like it even more that they're effective:) So if anybody else would like to add, please tell what DVD's you have and what you like (or dislike) about them. I would like others opinions about the workouts just to find out what others think:) Keep walking ladies!!!0 -

Thanks:) This is the first month that I've done this challenge. When I was deciding on how many to do for the month I just tossed a number out there. I'm already thinking about June...maybe 60? And you have done 3 days in a row! Well done:) Keep plugging away until you're there.0 -
