Thursday: 2 miles: Walk the Walk (I added a 3 minute boosted interval and double and quad knee lifts),
and 1.5 miles outdoors

This is probably the most calories I've burnt in this amount of time in a cardio workout. I'm thinking that maybe I might try to do these first 3 miles twice a day!!!/ 532 calories burnt!!
