    Thursday: 2 miles: Walk the Walk (I added a 3 minute boosted interval and double and quad knee lifts),
    and 1.5 miles outdoors

    Goal for May: 50 combined miles

    So far: 23 Leslie/ other walking DVD miles

    So far: 19 outdoor miles

    We are 1/2 way through the month of May, and y'all are posting some serious miles :happy: .

    May1: 0 miles
    May 2: 3miles/3 Mile Advanced Walk with Resistance/387 calories burnt
    May 3: 2miles/30 Minute Walk/324 calories burnt used 3lb weights the entire workout!
    May 4: 5 miles/5 Really Big Miles/774 calories burnt
    May 5: 0 miles
    May 6: 3 miles/3 Mile Advance Walk/377 calories burnt
    May 7: 4 miles/4 Mile Super Challenge/598 calories burnt
    May 8: 0 miles
    May 9: 3 miles/5 Really Big Miles (I only did the first 3 miles and was worn out! BUT I had a major calorie burnt. This is probably the most calories I've burnt in this amount of time in a cardio workout. I'm thinking that maybe I might try to do these first 3 miles twice a day!!!/ 532 calories burnt!! See above on May 2~I only burned 387 for those 3 miles

    Thanks:) This is the first month that I've done this challenge. When I was deciding on how many to do for the month I just tossed a number out there. I'm already thinking about June...maybe 60? And you have done 3 days in a row! Well done:) Keep plugging away until you're there.

    I am a bit behind with my book keeping because I was very busy at home. But I walk almost every day. Here's the update:

    Goal for may : 60 miles

    5/5 2 miles belly blasting walk
    6/5 2 miles : Bellyblasting walk
    7/5 4 miles : outside
    10/4 2 miles : 4 mile power walk
    13.5. 2 miles: belly blasting walk
    14.5. 5 miles : 5 day walk plan
    17.5. 4 miles outside
    18.5. 4 miles : 4 mile power walk
    19.5.7 miles: 3 outside, 4 miles 4mile power walk
