This is probably the most calories I've burnt in this amount of time in a cardio workout. I'm thinking that maybe I might try to do these first 3 miles twice a day!!!/ 532 calories burnt!! See above on May 2~I only burned 387 for those 3 miles

Hello Monday May 6th! Been getting over a rough stomach bug, but ready to go now
I am also doing the Ultimate 5 day walk plan. 3 miles and abs done today
3 down--37 to 47 miles left to go

It is a great DVD.. I love it!
^^ This Thank you Jess for responding, I agree it is great. I find it fun and challenging enough for me with a good mix up of miles and toning exercises. Every day is different if you follow Leslie's plan or you can customize your workout. Happy Walking All

Still doing Leslie Sansone Just Walk Ultimate 5 day walk plan. However, I am starting to customize and do different days on certain days because of varied energy levels.
05/06- 3 Mile + Abs
05/07 -4 Mile + Arms
05/08- 1 Mile + Legs --- Got the husband to join me for that day even
05/09- 2 Mile + Chest/Back
05/10- Could only do 2 miles today with warm up/cool down and full body stretch
05/13- 5 mile + full body stretch
Total Miles to date: 17 Miles
Total Miles remaining for month: 23 to 33 miles left.
