    May 2: 3miles/3 Mile Advanced Walk with Resistance/387 calories burnt
    May 3: 2miles/30 Minute Walk/324 calories burnt used 3lb weights the entire workout!
    May 4: 5 miles/5 Really Big Miles/774 calories burnt
    May 5: 0 miles
    May 6: 3 miles/3 Mile Advance Walk/377 calories burnt
    May 7: 4 miles/4 Mile Super Challenge/598 calories burnt
    May 8: 0 miles
    May 9: 3 miles/5 Really Big Miles (I only did the first 3 miles and was worn out! BUT I had a major calorie burnt. This is probably the most calories I've burnt in this amount of time in a cardio workout. I'm thinking that maybe I might try to do these first 3 miles twice a day!!!/ 532 calories burnt!! See above on May 2~I only burned 387 for those 3 miles

    Hello Monday May 6th! Been getting over a rough stomach bug, but ready to go now :D

    I am also doing the Ultimate 5 day walk plan. 3 miles and abs done today
    3 down--37 to 47 miles left to go :p

    Will be reporting every Monday for the month of May :)

    So tell me...what is this Ultimate 5 day walk plan? Thanks!

    ^^ This :) Thank you Jess for responding, I agree it is great. I find it fun and challenging enough for me with a good mix up of miles and toning exercises. Every day is different if you follow Leslie's plan or you can customize your workout. Happy Walking All :)

    Thanks ladies:) I can't believe I didn't find Leslie sooner. I have a ridiculous amount of home workout DVDs but I felt like none of them were for me. These are the perfect match for me:)

    I'm a little late jumping into the challenge this month...the first week in May was crazy busy!

    My goal for this month is to walk 40 miles (in addition to 400 minutes of other workouts)

    7-3 miles (4 Really big miles - miles 1-3)

    Happy Mother's Day to all of my wonderful friends I've met in this group! Make it a good one! I won't be racking up any miles until tonight. I'm trying to go to sleep right now after a stupid night at work. I'm hoping to get 4 miles in! If you haven't yet walked today, what is today's goal?

    Hello Monday 5/13/13 :) Here to report weekly miles!

    Still doing Leslie Sansone Just Walk Ultimate 5 day walk plan. However, I am starting to customize and do different days on certain days because of varied energy levels.

    05/06- 3 Mile + Abs
    05/07 -4 Mile + Arms
    05/08- 1 Mile + Legs --- Got the husband to join me for that day even :D
    05/09- 2 Mile + Chest/Back
    05/10- Could only do 2 miles today with warm up/cool down and full body stretch

    05/13- 5 mile + full body stretch

    Total Miles to date: 17 Miles
    Total Miles remaining for month: 23 to 33 miles left.

    Keep up the good work everyone! Walk strong and see y'all again next Monday :)
