Hi all! Just found the group today. I bought my first Walk Away the Pounds DVD this weekend and am so excited to try it out tonight!

Hello Monday May 6th! Been getting over a rough stomach bug, but ready to go now
I am also doing the Ultimate 5 day walk plan. 3 miles and abs done today
3 down--37 to 47 miles left to go
Will be reporting every Monday for the month of May0 -

0 miles: No DVD today
Goal for May: 50 combined miles
So far: 7 Leslie/ other walking DVD miles
So far: 9 outdoor miles (more miles for Sunday and today)

I hate that I didn't get any exercise miles in on 5/5. At least now I'm off work until Friday night so I have time to make some of those miles up:) Congratulations to all who are making those feet and legs move and are accomplishing your goals! We will get there:)

It is a great DVD.. I love it!
^^ This Thank you Jess for responding, I agree it is great. I find it fun and challenging enough for me with a good mix up of miles and toning exercises. Every day is different if you follow Leslie's plan or you can customize your workout. Happy Walking All0 -
