Here to report weekly miles!
Still doing Leslie Sansone Just Walk Ultimate 5 day walk plan. However, I am customizing by doing different days on certain days because of varied energy levels. By Friday I seem to run out of gas LOL.
05/06- 3 Mile + Abs
05/07 -4 Mile + Arms
05/08- 1 Mile + Legs --- Got the husband to join me for that day even
05/09- 2 Mile + Chest/Back
05/10- Could only do 2 miles today with warm up/cool down and full body stretch
05/13- 5 mile + full body stretch
05/14- 4 mile + Arms
05/15- 3 mile + Abs
05/16- 2 mile+ Chest/Back + 30 min weight training
05/17- 1 mile+ Legs
05/20- 5 mile + full body stretch
This week I have a friend in town for 5 days, so I will be doing as much as I can this week while she is here. It may not be as much as 15 total miles this week, but I will try

Well, I am pretty late to the game for May, but there are eleven days left and I would like to walk 20 miles. I have not done any exercise in quite a while, but I used to love my Leslie Sansone videos, so here goes. I just finished a two mile walk. I am exhausted, but proud of myself. 2 miles down-18 to go!0

I'm so excited! I got WATP-Walk Strong, WATP-Walk and Jog, the Walk Away Your Waistline Kit, and Walk Off Even More Weight. I like that these DVD's aren't highly expensive. I like it even more that they're effective:) So if anybody else would like to add, please tell what DVD's you have and what you like (or dislike) about them. I would like others opinions about the workouts just to find out what others think:) Keep walking ladies!!!
CAS317, Did you get the compilation WATP Fat Burning DVD with the Walk Strong and Walk & Jog, along with Power Mile and Walk & Kick on it?
My favorite compilation DVD is the WATP Ultimate Collection. It has the Express walks on it. Of that DVD my favorite is 4 Mile Super Challenge.

Ann, I sure hope that your relative gets well soon. Now if we can find you one of those kiddie pedal cars then you would certainly get points for the miles :laugh: .
